Won’t take years, they were in direct negotiations with Slovenia last year as per the RNSs, but they weren’t in a position to settle as they didn’t have litigation lawyers in place nor the damage based assessment or arbitration documents which now with the law firm they will be working on. As soon as damages based assessment is complete, I’d expect them to re engage with the Slovenia government from a position of strength and the government have shown they are open to discussions.

It went from 3p to 15p last year, the company now is in a much better position and assisted further by the wider markets. Lots of news to look forward to such as the damages based claim which will get the ball rolling quickly. And obviously talks going on in Slovenia about the fracking, and any official sign that the company are applying for EIA that will really get this going. The company was worth up to £100-150m at one stage before the rule changes. The Russian gas issues will be causing them to think about this very hard.
