Agree to disagree. I've been in crypto since 2017. I'm not sure where your 99% statistic is drawn from or if you just made it up on the spot based off your own conclusions. There are plenty of projects that deliver milestones along their roadmaps. I'm not saying the whole roadmap needs to be completed, in fact, that should never happen as any decent project is constantly iterating and improving. However, you need to be delivering something. Eth, Sol, XRP, have all delivered significant milestones this cycle as a very basic example with upgrades to their blockchains. It's important.

A clear roadmap and a teams ability to meet their schedule is something I look for in anything I invest in. You'll find a lot of projects out there have roadmaps but fail to deliver the milestones on time and use words like "soon" when asked when it will be delivered after missing a deadline. Soon is not a time and typically that rolls into months or even years of delay.

It means you don't actually have a proper lab unless you are able to quantify why a deadline is missed and what action is being taken to resolve it.

Details matter and delivery of a project matters. Sentiment can carry a coin so far but that sentiment is usually built on the assumption that a project is going to deliver something. If it fails to deliver then sentiment can stall or given enough delay can shift to negative.

I focus on it pretty heavily because it's one of the few ways to measure the performance and integrity of a team to deliver what it says it will deliver.

Good delivery will drive good price performance
