Also wasn't sure if they are physically in Zug while still being incorporated in the Netherlands.. but, again, as an American in the south east, i barely know the difference anyway 🤷🏻‍♂😂

Would this stance also apply to Fetch? As in, Fetch also has no plans to go public?

If so, I guess it's safe to assume that it is Nasdaq that is going to create some sort of cryptocurrency platform, wallet, or bridge of some sort that may include the ASI Alliance. ?.? If I'm getting warm, you can let me know and I will pump the brakes with regard to barking up that nasdaq tree 😬😅😉🙂

Singularitynet is incorporated in the Netherlands.  Fetch is incorporated in England.  The ASI Alliance is not incorporated and is not an actual company.

So who's going public? Fet, SNET or the ASI Alliance (which is not currently an incorporated company)?

One positive is that the ASI Alliance would have increased visibility and regulatory and financial legitimacy and accountability.

What would be the negatives, if any, in your estimation?

You can hold $FET no action is required. Once the migration to the new token ticker "ASI" will be announced you will still have ample time to convert your tokens. There's no ASI token for now
