Okay, I'm not a finance person...so I will go out on a limb and ask.... with this Freight agreement, did we just give 5.2 million dollars worth of something (fet tokens) to a company in exchange for 2.3 million of something (their stock)? Why not just give them 2.9 million shares?

I'll try to anwer my own question -- Then it would not really feel like a partnership.

So, i highly doubt we would just give away 3 million dollars... so, my first question is:

What's the conversion rate for the preferred shares we just purchased at a price that is over twice their current share price?

Either we have a tremendous conversion rate and have great confidence that their share price won't plummet further than it already has.... OR,

OR, OR,

(That is 3 OR's for emphasis), we are getting in the ground floor of something so spectacular that nobody else in the world could even see it.

Maybe this troubled freight company, with a goal that aligns very well with Fetch's transportation aspirations, is going to "synergize" so well that today's 3 million will soon feel like just 3 pennies!

This freight technologies has built a nice suite of logistical tech products and they seem to already have a lot of inroads established.

In short, they are like the boots on the ground. Doing the front end work. They may have a dedicated team of almost 80 people.

So, let's understand the numbers, but let's also not be so short-sighted as a community that we F*ck up another potentially excellent partnership like we did with the proposed PAAL merger.

Does not matter, this sounds fair. Companies that see true utility in Fet and want to trade money for it (shares or money are the same) is a big deal, and this means we are entering the phase of network effect. We can expect more companies to follow, and at some point they will start to buy from the open market.

A lifetime ago I was a transport management lead to 10 drivers with 10 trucks organizing freight between every point of europe to every other point of Europe. Moving about 4000 tons annualized. AI Agents taking over to introduce orders of magnitudes of efficiency was obvious to me back in late 2020 early 2021 when I initially got involved in Fetch.

Perhaps an 8k on their website for April could help for better understanding the specifics? Looks like a purchase of 11,300,000 fet for 5,200,000$ ...is that a purchase at 46 cents per token? Sounds about fair...but is there more to it? Did they purchase with cash or did the two companies just trade shares for tokens?
