Awesome new business model!

Step one: convince everyone that your product does things it has never been tested to do and that we will all certainly die without it.

Step two: get the government that you control to mandate your product, even when doctors disagree for certain patients.

Step three: jack up the price of your new mandatory gravy train.

Step four: hire a private army, build palaces, and commission your own nuclear submarine for pleasure cruises. Because why not, you now have more money than god and are a real-life supervillain. 🤷‍♂️

P.S. I’m all about you being able to do whatever you want with your biology, and I think our ability to control our immune systems using new medical innovation is one of the most important things we can do to extend human lifespan. Or trash it, which is why caution but not alarmism is in order. 🙏

Think your thyroid may be to blame for your fatigue and weight gain? Here are some of my top thyroid tips. 👇🏼

1. Get tested: Ask your doctor for a full hormone panel and get a trusted practitioner to interpret your numbers.

2. Cut out the bad fats and add in the good: Stay away from refined polyunsaturated omega-6 oils like sunflower oil and add in more healthy fats such as butter, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, and grass-fed beef tallow.

3. Manage your stress: Stress can wreak havoc on your thyroid. Practice meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork to keep your stress in check.

4. Prioritize good sleep: Your thyroid will work better when you sleep better. Get better sleep by getting morning sunlight, removing junk light before bed, and keeping your bedroom between 60-67 degrees F.

5. Avoid fluoride: Fluoride can disrupt thyroid function. Use a high-quality water filter to ensure you aren’t drinking fluoride.

Every day, good-hearted, spiritual people get tricked into going plant-based.

Society celebrates you, and you bask in “the glow.”

That glow is your body releasing extra thyroid hormone to keep you going as it panics from the influx of plant-based oils that slow your metabolism.

The plant-based proteins come with compounds that suck minerals out of your bones and your cells. You become progressively weaker.

But you already know veganism causes “the glow,” so you double down and maybe go raw vegan.

If you’re under 30, you can handle it for a while. You’re just depleting your sex hormones and your long-term vitality. You’re going to need that later, trust me.

It hurts to see our next generation of young, vibrant, spiritual people punching themselves in the groin with a way of eating that simply doesn’t work to create the kind of powerful spiritual people the world needs now.

The vegan diet is anti-woman and anti-child. It is anti-animal and anti-environment.

Men who care about the women in their lives have a moral obligation to help women feel loved enough to accept nourishment from animals.

Women and children are more susceptible to nutrient deficiencies than adult men because fertility is such a precious biological need.

A vegan diet is deficient in healthy saturated fats, vitamins, and proteins. The most common vegan foods contain phytic acid that literally pulls minerals from your bones.

If a woman in your life goes on a sex strike against you, it’s tempting to go on a meat strike.

No more sex until she starts taking care of herself nutritionally so she can calm down. 🤷‍♂️

Or better yet, realize that healthy sex is also a source of nourishment in our lives. Denying nourishment of any sort from your partner is cruel.

Only the most severely traumatized, hostile people could propose using sex as a weapon. Gross.

Oat milk is a bad idea 👆🏼

Oat milk is a sad substitute for real, raw, grass-fed cow’s milk. It is full of processed seed oils and synthetic vitamins.

Not only does grass-fed cow’s milk have high-quality protein, but it also contains healthy fats and lots of bioavailable vitamins and minerals. Oat milk, on the other hand, contains low-quality protein and lots of added sugar.

Oat milk contains:
- Processed seed oils
- Synthetic vitamins
- 7 grams of added sugar
- 3 grams of protein

Grass-fed cow’s milk contains:
- Healthy fats
- Real, bioavailable vitamins
- Immune factors
- 0 grams of added sugar

You might be able to tolerate beans just fine, but you’re better off getting fiber and nutrients from low-toxin vegetables and high-quality animal products.

Here are three reasons why beans aren’t your friend:

1. They contain lectins and phytates: Which are antinutrients that suck up the minerals your body requires for the thousands of reactions in your cells.

2. They can mess with your gut: For most people, the anti-nutrients in beans cause gastrointestinal distress, including gas, bloating, and diarrhea.

3. They aren’t as high in fiber and nutrients as you think: Avocados have more fiber and vitamin E than beans, broccoli has more vitamin C and potassium than beans, and grass-fed steak has way more iron and protein than beans. Get your nutrients from veggies and meat.

Every book I’ve written talks about your thyroid gland because it is so important to how you show up in the world. There are at least 100,000 doctors who will respect and understand your request.

It’s not about just how you look but how much energy you have to do things that matter.

I was 26 years old when I was lucky enough to find an anti-aging doctor who knew about real thyroid function instead of the story that most doctors learn in medical school.

Since far more women than men have thyroid problems, it was even less likely that I would’ve received the test. Today, a complete thyroid panel that includes TSH, T4, T3, RT3, and Hashimoto’s antibodies. It will cost you about 150 bucks.

I’m at @oasisfamilymedicine doing a recovery treatment to replenish the huge energy I put out for four days of my @the.biohackingconference!

If you don’t know what those are, you should’ve been there. 🤪

EBOO is a relatively unknown but profound anti-aging process that I wrote about in my Super Human book. You take blood out of one arm, run it through a special filter that removes toxins and antibodies from the blood, expose it to ozone gas, and put it back in. Immediately, your mitochondria work better, and you have clean blood like a young person.

UVI is ultraviolet treatment of blood via IV. It is also an anti-aging method.

MB is methylene blue, which you can take orally, but it works even better intravenously. As you read about in multiple books, it is a mitochondrial treatment on par with coenzyme Q 10. But it makes your pee turn blue. 🤷‍♂️

So basically, now I feel amazing, and for a little while, it’s going to look like I’ve been drinking Smurf juice. And that’s OK. 😉

In order to be qualified to be a minister, one must demonstrate expertise in that field. This is why we don’t put veterinarians in charge of air traffic control, and it’s why we don’t let just any random person teach our kids in elementary school. You must be qualified. If you are a health minister, it’s OK to not look healthy. Just be prepared to explain exactly what is happening and why. Transparency is important for you. Transparency is toxic to corrupt authorities.

I weighed 300 pounds, and I know what it’s like to be judged for it. People who are overweight universally have a toxin problem, a metabolism problem, or possibly a trauma problem. They are not lazy or bad people.

Unless, of course, they are unaware of what is causing their problems, but they stand up and say that they will solve yours by taking away meat and replacing it with less nutritious grains.

Unlike England’s health minister, I don’t jiggle jiggle. I fold. Because I can still touch my toes. 🤷‍♂️

I fell for the vegan trap in 2004. I have just finished business school, and I’ve worked so hard to lose that hundred pounds, but it wasn’t coming off.

So I went vegan. Sure enough, I got more energy. I did not know that it was because the omega-six plant fats were disrupting my mitochondrial membrane, which caused a temporary increase in my thyroid hormone, which gave me more energy.

As the lack of protein, the omega-six fats, the lectins, the oxalate, and the phytic acid wreaked their havoc on my immune system and my energy production, I started to feel worse.

But I had already learned that being vegan gave me energy, so I doubled down on it and sprouted green smoothies even harder. 🤷‍♂️
