Astronomy/Astrophysics

Ohh actually i was just trying to understand 4 dimensions in detail and chat gpt used this sentence so it started like that..i searched it all over because i am still not agreeing to this. And even if by any chance it is true, then as i said it can only be applied on earth first of all it's not true but...
Time in interstellar space is different and on other planets and moons too. You cannot apply this statement there also. So this should be enough to say it's a false statement but it was so confident i doubted myself and then asked you people

It's not "my" statement. According to google & chatgpt it's true

Astronomy/Astrophysics

Bro, even I don't even agree with this statement. That is what I'm saying, how is this even true?

Читать полностью…

Astronomy/Astrophysics

it is overly simplified anybody who doesn't know about the law written above would think we are moving at speed of light in our space but that means we don't feel the time.

Astronomy/Astrophysics

in the theory of relativity the graph of space time says a body which is moving in space and going through the time their velocity's square is summed up which is equals to the square of light speed

Astronomy/Astrophysics

I think she is trying to say about the space time graph where a body in rest goes only through time and a the speed of light moves only the space

Astronomy/Astrophysics

So when you say
"physically moving at the speed of light but instead in time."
So instead of dx/dt
Died through time would be dT/dt
How is that speed then.?
It doesn't even have the unit of speed.

Webb spots clues of a black hole at the heart of nearby galaxy M83

Astronomers using the NASA/ESA/CSA James Webb Space Telescope have discovered evidence that suggests the presence of a long-sought supermassive black hole at the heart of the nearby spiral galaxy Messier 83 (M83). This surprising finding, made possible by Webb's Mid-Infrared Instrument (MIRI), reveals highly ionized neon gas that could be a telltale signature of an active galactic nucleus (AGN), a growing black hole at the center of a galaxy.

We've class 12 in schools only ... And rarely (mainly in Maharashtra side) we've class 12 in colleges ...

You mean college, right? Do we have class 12 in schools atm?

It's not "my" statement
Ok sorry. Then where did you get the statement from?

According to google & chatgpt it's true
These models are just creative writers. It would say anything is true of you ask it enough

Astronomy/Astrophysics

Then your statement isn't true.

Astronomy/Astrophysics

Let her do the thinking and speaking.
What you are hinting at isn't even speed or motion.

Astronomy/Astrophysics

v^2 space + v^2 time = c^2

Astronomy/Astrophysics

if I am not wrong she is misunderstanding one crucial part

Читать полностью…

Astronomy/Astrophysics

So I guess what I'm asking is how do you define motion through time.
Note:
speed of light = 3x10⁸ m/s
It's unit is m/s

Читать полностью…

Astronomy/Astrophysics

Okay.
Basically it's
rate of change of distance over time.
s = dx/dt
Units : m/s (in SI units)
.
.
Are we on the same page?
Or any disagreement here?

Nilesh Oak's work in modern pure science focuses on applying scientific methods and disciplines to his research, often challenging conventional approaches. With a background in chemical engineering (BS and MS) and an executive MBA, Oak integrates principles from astronomy, genetics, climatology, and oceanography into his studies. He emphasizes the logic of scientific discovery, using empirical evidence, objective testing, and deductive reasoning to formulate and validate his theories. For instance, he employs modern astronomy tools to analyze celestial phenomena, such as the precession of the Earth’s axis, to draw precise conclusions. Oak also explores interdisciplinary corroboration, linking fields like physical anthropology and morphodynamics to support his hypotheses. As an adjunct faculty member at the Institute of Advanced Sciences in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, he promotes a scientific approach that prioritizes evidence over consensus, often critiquing social science methods for lacking rigor. His work aims to educate and inspire through logical reasoning and scientific acumen, as seen in his presentations on topics like the ontology of reality, complementarity, and metaphysics in the context of quantum mechanics and modern science.

Galaxies at 'cosmic noon': Research gives deep dive into universe's wild growth spurt

A new University of Kansas survey of distant galaxies using the James Webb Space Telescope reveals never-before-seen star formation and black hole growth at "cosmic noon"—a mysterious epoch 2–3 billion years after the Big Bang, when galaxies like the Milky Way underwent an intense growth spurt.
