So are we all banking on WAY more profitable figures than andrada's own projections? Because that feels... risky
Читать полностью…If his figures right out to FY29 are on the mark and Andrada are posting a net profit of £20m+ per year you've got to think the current £52m mcap will be anything from 5X to 15X higher than today. And that's with a lithium price not too much higher than today (about 35% higher where 100% higher could well be possible from such current lows) and with conservative tin price.
But that's way too far away so to me it's a fair stab at how things could be looking later this decade.
The thing that has always troubled me about the 'Lithium is free' line is that if that was the case, how come we are not producing oodles already and selling at whatever price .. if free it would surely be straight on the bottom line ?

AV said Can shave around $4-$5 off the ASIC which is currently around $28 and selling currently at $32-$33
93%-94% payment on the tin concentrate ... so no .. not sure they get $32-$33... more like $30 ... so does that make the current margin circa $2 ? That rather explains a fair bit last year.... but being positive, if production was 1,600 and they got ASIC to $23, then just at current market prices a fairly solid $11M mgross margin .. after fees and royalties a small modest profit ... real profit comes from a much higher tin price and anything from Tantalite or lithium.
The slightly disingenuous bit was about equity fund raise .. given that was clearly in the pipeline and now done.. Usual waffle about dividends and the same old guff about either Tin or Lithium being free
Really not 50 mins of my life I will get back .. don't waste your time. Nothing new.
I am 30 mins in .... Jeez ... I could add this to my 'sleepy' recordings for long haul flights. I am reminded of the late Denise Healey on having a 'conversation' with the late Sir Goeffrey How, a mild mannered chap. He said it was like being "savaged by a dead sheep".

Читать полностью…Thanks Robin. Very positive discussion on the long term supply deficit for tin.

Читать полностью…Great interview. The only disappointing thing for me is it seems that the target production tonnage is still 1500-1600tpa contained tin. Others on here thought the jig plant + the pre-concentration circuit would together push them well past that to 2000tpa… anyone have any thoughts on that?
Читать полностью…Just listened to it, v good, especially the last twenty minutes
Читать полностью…Also in that interview he mentions Brandberg West and strategic partner several times. Interesting, given the recent pekingduck comment on LSE

He rewrote it with the new numbers and also think that these are conservative targets - an element of underpromise overdeliver.
TOB himself though has been rather conservative on some fronts, using $26k aisc for tin (I find it hard to see just a $4 decrease if such scale is achieved and also a tin price and a long term average tin price of $33k - one would think the supply dynamics will lead to a price higher than that in 26/27/28. Still he is predicting close to group break even this year and profitability with a low forward PE from Fy27 onwards with plenty of upside possibility.
This has been a forget about share for me so haven’t been paying as much attention as I should but this video was the first time I’d heard of Tungsten at Brandberg West - do we have any idea as to grade and amounts?
Читать полностью…Link to the interview, I have time stamped and pulled out the interesting bits. There is a lot there if you open your ears
Читать полностью…The large Orion royalty is included in AISC, I think we could well see tin price above $34k with AISC at $24 so a solid $16m gross. And that lowering of aisc by $4-5k is a near term target.
Читать полностью…I downloaded to listen at some point .. but its 50mins !
Читать полностью…better to have a target that can actually be achieved .. beating it is great
Читать полностью…Is it the cost side that is expecting to improve from the jig plant?

Читать полностью…All being well they will be generating substantial cash once this expansion is complete.
Читать полностью…Yeah that was my post. In essence it’s probably a combo, not quite enough cash for repayment of loan, not quite enough for completion of jig plant, but just call it proceeds towards jig plant in RNS for ease.
