follow the instructions on the pinned message link, you basically unstake your AWC if it's staked, then send it over to to ChangeNow for swap using your 0x address as recipient address

you need to unstake it first in order to be able to send it for swap. but that's another story. you should have 3 different AWC in your wallet, one that starts with "bnb" and other two starts with "0x"

If you have your tokens hidden you'd need to unhide it from your assets list, just use your BSC address, you'll be fine

There are 3 AWC tokens on your wallet, one starts with "bnb" which is your bep2 one, other two starts with 0x for BEP20 and ERC20, either one is fine, if you can't find your other AWC address, simply use your BSC or ETH address, it'll end up in your address at the end, they're the same :)
