I'm no longer familiar with the specifics of Atomic Wallet (a long story), but with regards to FLR, there is staking (recently supported) and there's delegating. Delegating was also referred to as staking by Atomic Wallet. Only wFLR has vote power to qualify for delegation rewards.
Are you staking or delegating? If the latter, then you need to ensure your FLR was wrapped to wFLR successfully
