LayerZero CEO Brian Pellegrino has temporarily suspended the "bounty hunting" program. The team has faced a large flow of messages and is forced to suspend searching for sybils.

One of the possible solutions proposed by Pellegrino is to introduce a $0.02 ETH deposit for reporting.

💭LayerZero thoughts

I wonder why LayerZero doesn't just set stricter criteria and filter out those they consider to be sybils,
rather than having a ''civil war'' between sybils who rat each other out, showing their meanness and greed.

The question is how huge the airdrop will be for those who are still eligible.
Will it be huge at all?

Hope that the next Tier1 projects will not act like this.
Well, we can only wait for the final list of sybils and the airdrop itself.
