Install Aurora Services as a system app.
You need to either manually push the APK to /system/priv-app, or install the Magisk module. Both are available from the GitLab releases page.
Also if you manually push apk to /system/priv-app, you need to push permissions_com.aurora.services.xml to /system/etc/permissions/

Ok, I kinda answered my question by reading chat history:
If Aurora app is a system app it can install apps seamlessly without services.
That's what I understood at least.

Aurora Store is a store alone. It cannot install and uses installer from system for installation. This requires confirmation. Aurora Services becomes installator and you can install and remove apps seamlessly
