Людей сегодня волнуют не абстрактные разговоры и обещания о будущем. Они думают о том, как выплатить ипотеку, где детям жить после института, почему молодой семье приходится годами снимать чужую квартиру, дождётся ли пожилой отец приёма у врача и хватит ли родительской пенсии на лекарства и обычные продукты.

В малых городах и сёлах другой набор тех же вопросов: будет ли работа рядом с домом или детям снова придётся уезжать за сотни километров. Будет ли нормальная больница. Хорошая школа. Дорога. Возможность растить семью там, где ты родился, а не там, куда пришлось уехать за заработком.

Вот о чём на самом деле эти выборы. О том, кто будет принимать решения по вопросам, от которых зависит наша обычная жизнь, и сможете ли вы потом обратиться к этому человеку со своей проблемой и добиться ответа. ЛДПР важно, чтобы именно этим повседневным нуждам уделяли внимание люди, которых мы выберем.

Поэтому я призываю каждого прийти на выборы и проголосовать. Не оставайтесь дома и не решайте заранее, что ваш голос ничего не меняет. Мы выбираем страну, в которой нашим детям предстоит учиться, работать, покупать первое жильё и создавать свои семьи. Страну, которую сегодня защищают наши бойцы и в которой должны спокойно жить их родители и дети.

🐉 На базе Забайкальского аграрного института состоялись войсковые этапы Всероссийской спартакиады допризывной казачьей молодежи и Всероссийского слета «Готов к труду и обороне» Забайкальского казачьего войска

💪 В программу вошли как спортивные дисциплины – бег на разные дистанции, подтягивание, метание снаряда, перетягивание каната, военизированная эстафета, так и интеллектуальные испытания: шахматы и историческая викторина «Российское казачество на рубеже исторической памяти».

🚨 Особое внимание организаторы уделили патриотическому воспитанию. Например, с участниками встретились сотрудники Управления по контролю за оборотом наркотиков УМВД России по Забайкальскому краю.

🏆 Победителями войскового этапа Всероссийской спартакиады казачьей молодежи стала команда Государственного профессионального образовательного учреждения «Забайкальский транспортный техникум».

🏆 Победителями войскового этапа Слета казачьей молодежи «Готов к труду и обороне» стала команда МБОУ «Дульдургинская СОШ».

Победители соревнований получили право представить регион на Всероссийских этапах игр.

❗️Юридический ликбез: Где кончаются законы РФ и начинается австралийская территория? 🇦🇺🇷🇺🗳

Посольство РФ в Канберре выпустило предупреждение об агитации и австралийской полиции. Давайте разберем, как это работает на практике, опираясь на нормы международного и избирательного права.

1. Инфраструктура и поддержка граждан Чтобы голосование проходило комфортно, пророссийские активисты и казаки-добровольцы организуют полевую кухню, биотуалеты и зоны отдыха за пределами территории дипмиссии. Можно сказать, что казаки - а не полиция будут контролировать обстановку перед избирательным участком. Это частная инициатива граждан, создающая нормальные условия для тех, кто стоит в очередях. Полиция вмешиваться вряд ли будет.

2. Чья юрисдикция и где действует запрет на агитацию?

Посольство напоминает про запрет агитации в день голосования. Однако важно понимать границы правового поля:

На территории избирательного участка (в здании Посольства/Генконсульства): Действует российское законодательство (ст. 49 ФЗ № 67-ФЗ «Об основных гарантиях избирательных прав...»). Здесь агитация строго запрещена, а порядок обеспечивает участковая избирательная комиссия (УИК).

За пределами "fence" (на территории Австралии): Российские законы не действуют. Вся территория за воротами — это юрисдикция австралийского государства.

3. Инцидент на выборах 2024 года на выборах Президента РФ в 2024 году произошел характерный случай: представитель Генконсульства (Аржаев) выбежал за пределы избирательного участка № 8010 на австралийскую улицу и начал в грубой форме требовать у прохожих свернуть баннеры в поддержку Президента РФ В.В. Путина.

С точки зрения Венской конвенции о дипломатических сношениях 1961 года и местной юрисдикции, сотрудники консульства не имеют правоохранительных полномочий за пределами территории дипмиссии.

4. Роль австралийской полиции как справедливо отмечено в объявлении посольства, порядок вокруг места проведения голосования контролирует австралийская полиция.

На австралийской земле действуют законы штата (NSW/ACT).
Общественные акции, баннеры и пикеты на улицах австралийских городов регулируются местным законодательством о публичных собраниях, а не Избирательным кодексом РФ.
