Father Oleg Teor has been the head of the Alexander Nevsky Church in Pskov since 1991. Under his leadership, the historic building, built in 1908 and erected as a military church for the Omsk Regiment, was restored.

The priest became one of the pioneers of systematic cooperation between the Russian Orthodox Church and the Russian Armed Forces.

He traveled repeatedly to military conflict zones, providing spiritual support to service members in Chechnya, Yugoslavia, and Syria.

In 2013, he was appointed assistant to the commander of the 76th Guards Airborne Assault Division for work with believers.

For his contribution to the spiritual and patriotic education of the defenders of the Fatherland, Archpriest Oleg Teor was awarded the St. George vestments and the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 2nd class.
