hmmm..increase the fan speed. it should bring down temps a bit more.
Читать полностью…prabably because it was running lower wattage.. which CPU
Читать полностью…First time when rendering it was normal about 60 to 65 c
Читать полностью…Yeah..it's normal while rendering. Is it a laptop or desktop.
Читать полностью…Is this ok with the cpu temprature 85°c~ 90 °c while rendering

no I mean, for ex it's like a pattern, sometimes the layer is shown only on a part of the whole material, and often times due to the way UV is mapped its behind the Sphere

Читать полностью…Material preview will have the material settings applied all around. Not just behind.
I don't know If you are talking about Coat layer visibility. If it's not visible from the light direction, you can also enable background in the preview to check the reflections.
I work with material which have a special reflective layer, sometimes the layer is mapped in a way where its behind the preview sphere, since I can rotate the preview in compact I can check if its okay or not
Читать полностью…Hi, I'm facing a small problem. I imported a revit model into MAX and when i try to convert the scene to vray MAX crushes. How do i resolve this or is there any alternative way that i can preserve materials when switching the render engine?
Читать полностью…But after i choose msi CPU cooler tunning performance mode this happens
Читать полностью…your fan speed is at 64%. set your fan curve to speed up when temps go up. let it go to 100% when temps go above 75.
Читать полностью…NOT AT ALL. 60 TO 70% IS CONSIDERED NORMAL.
Читать полностью…Hmmm I got it.. I guess it depends on individual preferences. I've never used it in my life, i always just run an IPR to test the appearance of material. I don't trust the material preview.
Читать полностью…thats why I need to rotate it to see the other side
Читать полностью…You can still continue.. my friend is using it 5 years after he's passed out.. but not sure if you have to get brand new or can renew it. I think you have to renew it before it expires.. not sure.check the site and options
Читать полностью…If you have your college id. You can just renew it.
Читать полностью…It depends on your graphics card. it takes time to load and update when you enlarge it
