Several reasons, you ran out of RAM, file corrupted, some plugin causing crash.
➡️Always install latest scene security tools
➡️install scenecleanerstartup script
➡️Never open project file directly. It's slow as fuck.
➡️Open empty max , then open the file
➡️when such crash happens, try opening as mentioned above, the script cleans up shit. Then save it if it loads successfully.
➡️if not, open empty scene, merge bunch of objects from the project, save it every time you merge..
➡️if it's crashing cz its heavy, delete unnecessary shit that's just sitting outside the scene.

you cant.. quixel bridge is now depricated. all sites are now merged to fab marketplace.. you should go and claim all assets untill its free.
there is still no fab link plugins for all softwares. only released for UE

May be file corrupted, Try opening file through 3Ds max. File-Open.
Or use Plugin Startup Clean

You can learn basic modeling techniques from YT or other sources online - and then you can apply those techniques/skills into making / designing furniture. Later you can go and learn pro-level techniques for which you must buy some good courses. I hope this answer your question

Some may argue that such moderators, have a direct interest to keep clean their convos, not as keeping the users safe, but as having more downloads, although many groups including this one likely don't have any ill intentions.

Ok.. you want to learn reverse engineering of software and decrypting dlls and writing scripts. And become a full fledged software engineer to crack a software, instead of obtaining a crack from a trusted tracker/source or not press random download.buttomd on some random website.
How do you suppose common people just go about with "cracking it themselves?"
That's why trusted and closed/invite only sites exist with heavy moderation.
Just reading and observing the websites in Google will save you.. know which download button to press. Know how to scan it with virus total, and know what to check in the virustotal summary, download from trusted source in telegram or other sites, compare Hashes. /official website of the cracker or the forums where all of the popular ones release their genuine hacks,
Eh press X for doubt. Between trackers, and other hosting sites, I doubt that they do much with fame or ads alone
A safer way is to crack it yourself
