Appreciated your response: No there's isn't any problem with using scripts, but I thought there it might be some option to do it easily, for example we can change the background color from viewport settings. Anyways, will check into MatCaps as someone else also recommended it.

the issue is happening for many people using 2020 and older. Mainly lmtools fixes. Xforce generated patches not having any issues..
To use xforce, you need to install a different adsklicense manager and then it will ask for code. Then use use xforce..

No, you can't change it.
You can just change the color of the objects, switch off assigning random color and select the color you want the objects to be when created.
Or use MatCaps.. there are couple great scripts available. Whats the problem with using scripts anyway.
