It's either exposure issue, or something is blocking the light. But you say it's black even when window glass geometry is removed.


So it's probably exposure issue. But that should be solved if you added light inside and it's still black.

Check if there is some hidden geometry blocking the light..Also check if "render hidden geometry" is enabled.

Just create a new scene, merge everything into it.. save as new file. Try again.
