I have problem with crona bitmap. i can not upload exr files but I can do with all other files ( png,hdr,jpg) only exr is my problem

you should adjust threshold value.. that decides the minimum pixel brightness considered for bloom/glare. lower value means that low brightness pixels also get bloom/glare.

also, it looks like the backside of that emissive piece is not illuminated at all..make sure u have illumination turned on for backside also in the lightmtl settings
