But eventually, I learned that we can’t save people from their suffering. We can only love them through it, hold space without attachment, and honor their divine timing.

Even if it’s someone close, your partner, your friend, we must resist the urge to “rescue” and instead trust the process of their soul.

When they ask, when they reach out to you, then there is a soul contract.

The truth about blood pressure might surprise you…

Did you know that in the 1970s, doctors said your BP was fine if it was simply your age + 100?

For example, if you were 60, a systolic pressure of 160 was considered normal.

Systolic measures the pressure during the heart's contraction, while diastolic is the pressure in the period between heartbeats.

Then studies came out pushing the "perfect blood pressure" down to 120/80 which sounds healthy.. but it also meant millions more people suddenly needed pills.

Here is the catch, heart disease is still the #1 cause of death.

In 2017, the ACC/AHA lowered the high blood pressure threshold to 130/80 mmHg from 140/90 which meant 30 million more American adults have high blood pressure.

So what is normal?

✔️ Systolic (top number): 110 + half your age
✔️ Diastolic (bottom number): Under 100

Blood pressure naturally rises as we age that's normal physiology, not always a disease.

When you come to Earth you make a plan of what you hope to accomplish, in that plan you also make contracts with all the people in your life, your parents, your wives, your husbands, your sisters, your siblings, your friends, you make contracts with all these people to make you through it.

But you get in here, ofcourse you don't remember, that's part of the whole thing of Earth's school. The veil comes down. You're not supposed to remember, you start off fresh.

People ask me wouldn't be easier if we could remember our plan, if we could remember our contracts, know why you are here, why these things are happening to us.

Well it wouldn't be the school if you knew the answers. So you have to come in, and stumble your way back to find your way back. You gotta remember where you came from. That you came from God/Source originally and that you came with a plan, a very important plan to help save the Earth.
