The UAE will introduce a minimum 15% tax on profits of multinational enterprises (MNEs)
The Ministry of Finance has increased the profit tax for MNEs with consolidated global revenues of $793 million and more.

The tax will come into force on January 1, 2025.
It will be applied if the income was received in at least 2 of 4 years preceding 2025.
The Ministry is also considering new incentives, including:
▫️30%–50% Tax Credit
▫️Refund of Part of Tax Payments
