In 2023, the number of transactions in Ajman grew by 43% compared to 2022. In RAK, the increase in average apartment sales prices reached 34%. In Sharjah, the volume of real estate deals by foreign investors rose by 165%.

Why Do Forward-thinking Investors Choose Other Emirates?

1️⃣Low Prices

For example, in the Al Zorah City project on the seafront in Ajman, prices start from $227,000. While in Dubai, similar options cost from $350,000–$400,000.

The ultra-premium hotel chain, Aman Resorts, headquartered in Switzerland, has announced the construction of its first boutique resort in Dubai.

The chain's previous hotel opened in New York in 2022 and was named the most expensive hotel in Manhattan:
