Forms of Property Ownership in Dubai: Leasehold and Freehold
In 2001, expats and foreigners were allowed to get a long-term lease in Dubai – Leasehold. In 2002, unconditional ownership was permitted – Freehold.

The tallest residential tower in the world, Six Senses Residences, is set to be build in Dubai

The luxury hotel chain, Six Senses, has signed an agreement with the developer, Select Group, to launch the ultra-premium 122-storey tower.
The companies are also collaborating on Six Senses Residences The Palm.
The tower will feature 251 residences, offering panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina:
