According to the consultancy firm, Kearney, in terms of foreign direct investment (FDI) attractiveness, the UAE has been ranked:

▫️8th Globally
FDI Confidence Index is an annual survey of global business executives, which rates the markets likely to attract the most investment in the next 3 years.
Forecasts for the Coming Years
☑️According to the UAE Central Bank, the country's economy will grow by 4.2% in 2024.
☑️The Kearney's survey shows that the Investor Optimism Index will grow. 88% of the respondents said they will invest in the UAE within next 3 years, marking a 6% increase compared to 2023.
☑️As part of its diversification strategy, the UAE aims to attract $150 billion in FDI by 2031 and enter the TOP 10 countries globally in terms of FDI volume.
By the end of 2022, the inflow of investments into the UAE constituted 60% of the total volume of FDI to the GCC countries.

Forms of Property Ownership in Dubai: Leasehold and Freehold
In 2001, expats and foreigners were allowed to get a long-term lease in Dubai – Leasehold. In 2002, unconditional ownership was permitted – Freehold.

The investor gets rights to use the property from its legal owner for a fixed period. Upon the term's expiration, the property reverts to the owner.

The companies are also collaborating on Six Senses Residences The Palm.
The tower will feature 251 residences, offering panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina:
