+102%. This is how much the number of rental agreements registered in Abu Dhabi grew in H1 2024
➤ 49,135, compared to 24,811 in the same period in 2023.
According to the data from Abu Dhabi Statistics Centre, the capital city accounted for 43,985 contracts. This is 105% more than in H1 2023.
The number of contracts in the other emirate's cities compared to H1 2023:
▫️Al Ain City: 4,819, ↑ by 77%
▫️Al Dhafra: 331, ↑ by 130%

The rental market of Ajman doubled in H1 2024.
According to the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, the value of transactions increased by 49% – $620 million.
Of these:
☑️$329 Million – Rental Contracts
☑️$21 Million – Investment Contracts
☑️$270 Million – Commercial Contracts

From January to June 2024, RAK Properties revenue increased by 19% to $166.1 million.
