Need your inputs. My parents has a visa slot for ofc on aug 2nd and interview on aug 14th. They have to travel from andhra to delhi for two times. To adding that, they are elderly(in their 60's). Can you anyone suggest what to do in this situation?

Hello..I need to change my parents b1/b2 ds160 in visa application form.
As in the form I am not able to edit the ds-160 form, the customer care agent asked me to cancel the application, change the ds-160 number and schedule again.
Ny idea how many times can I cancel the application to continue with same application fees. ?
U need to cancel the slot and start new application with submitted ds160 and book the slot

One follow up question about ds 160. During the application submission i haven't filled the form completely and now it's expired. If i fill new ds 160 and submit it at the ofc time, will they accept?

After completing ofc on 2nd august in delhi
Then u can see only consular dates and change
After ofc u can keep checking and change the interview date to Hyderabad or chennai if dates are available
