I had resheduled two times after initial appoinment bookin still showing one more chance..
No need to cancel appointment just fill new ds160 and carry both old and new ds160 with appointment confirmation page for both biometric and interview

They are not allowing this anymore. Even if you go on your appointment date, they may cancel your appointment and ask you to reschedule again.

You can initiate the ds160 number and take the appointment. Just make sure you submit the ds 160 within 30 days. Otherwise it expires

For how many days our payment receipts will be valid? I paid in January 24 and now it is saying that one or more payment receipts might have expired and asking me to pay in full if I cancel the appointment. I thought our payment receipts will be valid for 365 days?

After 90 days you can change OFC.. Or you must select any consular. Then you can reschedule it. I also faced the same problem
