Hello, I am Sindhu. I am new to this group so need some info about scheduling visa appmt for my parents - my parents visitor visa expired in Jan 2020, renewed passport also. My visa was previously rejected
Now In a year, I have changed my residence
So I basically got a new passport with new passport number
When I went to the website to pay fees , after creating the new ds160
I saw that my previous passport number was there in the new application by default and I couldn’t change it

Yes this is what you have to do, don’t add your niece and don’t even pay the visa fee for your niece just let your sister get visa first then it’s a Dropbox for your niece since she is under 14
