In Japanese, they just call this "fat" in tag form, which is デブ if you want to copy-paste it. Maybe musclefat would work too: 筋肉デブ is just "musclefat" and might work, as well as the more colloquial ムキムキ (mukimuki) when combined with デブ / debu (fat), so... maybe... ムキデブ?

In general it would be called either obese or hyperchub / chub hyper, at least when using tags. Musclegut tends to be when the proportions aren't as exaggerated. This falls under hyper but with chub added as a subtag.
