Men seeking a life of purpose don’t need to look any further than the idea of “hamingja.”
Without going into linguistic autism and overt intellectualism, hamingja is a sort of mixture of luck, honor, horsepower, and personal might that can be developed, increased (and decreased) and ultimately, handed off as part of an individual’s continued legacy.
To tirelessly grow one’s hamingja and to then pass it to the next generation will fill a man’s waking moments with drive, passion, ambition, success, enjoyment, and power.
In short - don’t complicate life. Be honorable. Be radical. Do radical shit. This is a man’s purpose.

A mistake that most people make is to assume that the more followers you can recruit, the better. That's true if you are trying to win an election... But when you're building a revolutionary movement, the number of people is far less important than the quality of your people and the depth of their commitment. Too many lukewarm or otherwise unsuitable people will ruin the movement.

One of the many reasons why Iliad is a must read is it’s traditional heroism. Almost all modern heroes are pacifists who’d rather die than kill their enemies.
Meanwhile Homer’s heroes were warriors and the whole epic is filled with noble, yet violent death.
The card game Mafia was invented in Soviet Russia as a social experiment. The game pits two unknown mafia members against a larger group of "potential victims." Every round the victims close their eyes and the mafia players take out one of the victims. Leaving the left over potential victims to try and figure out who the killers are. Choosing another player to kill before it is revealed if they are innocent or not.
At an extreme majority, the killers usually win. Demonstrating how an informed minority has significant advantages over an uninformed majority.
And the minority that possesses the information that they do not wish the majority to realize will do anything to keep them from it.
In our circles we can understand why it is the truth tellers who are the most silenced or politically attacked. And how anything allowed to exist in the mainstream is allowed to exist for a reason.

I’m a third generation heathen. My perspective here might be a little different than most.
While it is absolutely beautiful to see this uptick in paganism and a resurgence of the old ways I must say: some of y’all need to chill out. No one who has discovered the old ways within the last several years could ever or should ever be looked at as an expert. Please stop bringing the zealotry from your former Christian lives into your newfound pagan interest.
Like I always say, beware of those posturing as know it alls. In my experience those with the most knowledge do NOT do this. And by the gods avoid these “classes” and “teachers” out for a profit.
Some things simply can’t be learned in books. It takes experience, hands on doing, personal connection and knowing.
Real learning demands humility. These big egos are everywhere and trust me when I say, they’re hollow.
So perhaps instead of racing to be a know it all, humble yourself, do the work offline and share what you’ve discovered afterwards if you feel called to.
Don’t ignore the other parts of your heritage because you want to claim to be a Germanic pagan.
Go outside. Connect with the land. Connect with the animals. Listen to the wind. Watch the skies. Make offering to the gods and goddesses. Learn to commune. Nothing about our ways requires validation from others or the requirement to be perceived by others in a specific manner online.
And then there is the matter of our feminine magic ways. I will address this more at another time. But I will leave you with one truth: witches are born, not made.
And we don’t spend our time making YouTube videos. We help our families, friends and local community circles. The need to be an “influencer” simply doesn’t cross our minds.
Training is much simpler than today’s internet coaches make it.
It’s their job to make it sound more difficult and complex.
RIR, RPE, advanced scientific diagrams of bar path…all this stuff seems to exist only to make one feel overwhelmed and confused and in need of a savior to make it simple…
These same people are the ones who made it confusing in the first place.
Work with someone knowledgeable about correct form when you begin training.
From there: train heavy, train hard, and train often while maintaining a diet that isn’t trash.
You’ll be fine.
Immerse yourself in the basics and solid fundamentals, and you’ll get strong and look the part, too.

The "Universe 25" experiment is one of the most terrifying experiments in the history of science, which, through the behavior of a colony of mice, is an attempt by scientists to explain human societies. The idea of "Universe 25" Came from the American scientist John Calhoun, who created an "ideal world" in which hundreds of mice would live and reproduce. More specifically, Calhoun built the so-called "Paradise of Mice", a specially designed space where rodents had Abundance of food and water, as well as a large living space. In the beginning, he placed four pairs of mice that in a short time began to reproduce, resulting in their population growing rapidly. However, after 315 days their reproduction began to decrease significantly. When the number of rodents reached 600, a hierarchy was formed between them and then the so-called "wretches" appeared. The larger rodents began to attack the group, with the result that many males begin to "collapse" psychologically. As a result, the females did not protect themselves and in turn became aggressive towards their young. As time went on, the females showed more and more aggressive behavior, isolation elements and lack of reproductive mood. There was a low birth rate and, at the same time, an increase in mortality in younger rodents. Then, a new class of male rodents appeared, the so-called "beautiful mice". They refused to mate with the females or to "fight" for their space. All they cared about was food and sleep. At one point, "beautiful males" and "isolated females" made up the majority of the population. According to Calhoun, the death phase consisted of two stages: the "first death" and "second death." The former was characterized by the loss of purpose in life beyond mere existence — no desire to mate, raise young or establish a role within society. As time went on, juvenile mortality reached 100% and reproduction reached zero. Among the endangered mice, homosexuality was observed and, at the same time, cannibalism increased, despite the fact that there was plenty of food. Two years after the start of the experiment, the last baby of the colony was born. By 1973, he had killed the last mouse in the Universe 25. John Calhoun repeated the same experiment 25 more times, and each time the result was the same.
Calhoun's scientific work has been used as a model for interpreting social collapse, and his research serves as a focal point for the study of urban sociology.
We are currently witnessing direct parallels in today’s society..weak, feminized men with little to no skills and no protection instincts, and overly agitated and aggressive females with no maternal instincts.

From the very beginning he was given a german shepherd dog as the companion to live with in the following 11 years. Knowing only too well that Lik needed the open, wild natural spaces, Paul began regular visits to the wild highland areas of Velebit along with his wolf friend, staying there for days and nights. There, in the nature, they had a profound friendship and respect for each other, but their relationship became more complex and was not always idyllic.

No distractions - nothing to think about but their craft
How can you expect to progress meaningfully with the looney-tunes world we inhabit now Grabbing your attention all the time?
This is mostly an issue with consumption of information through social media
You feed your body trash, you will become misshapen and won’t work as well
You feed your mind trash, distracted by what Shmardi-C is doing - guess what? Your mind will become trash too
IT’s IMPERATIVE that you make the conscious decision to curate your information diet as rigidly as you would your food diet
Your info diet is one part of your ‘environment’ - which has the biggest effect on the expression and results of your life.
It’s important to also understand that your relationships are affecting you for good or worse too.
Unfrotunately, if you’re around people that aren’t striving for better, doing their best, buying into the bullshit of the modern world - then this will rub off on YOU.
It’s impossible to avoid - and this is why we are told by our parents - don’t hang out with X he’s a bad influence - True!
Knowing this, try to be a good influence for others as well. Encourage them, don’t give temptation to cheat on their diets, don’t talk about media nonsense.
All of this is a result of the human condition to adapt to our environments. We are uniquely skilled in this - you can’t put a platypus in the desert and expect it to survive.
Humans and our malleable brains find the simplest ways to ‘exploit’ our environments and become adept in whatever we find ourselves in.
You need to intentionally create your environment such that the resulting adaptation is forward momentum in whatever direction you choose.
