Finished Biometrics at Chennai today. Out of 10 counters, only 3 counters were functioning. You have to pass through 3 queues before reaching the actual biometrics counter. Outside Q is horrible (especially in the summer). Inside are little better. Overall process takes one and half to two hours ! Keep some water and cookies with you.
