For faster visa slot booking, one can use travel coordinator accounts offered by US embassy to book slots. These are free to make with new email id's and don't require any payment. Just link your original cgi account when scheduling appointment and you are good to go. If one account gets blocked, make a new one, link it and start searching again.
Travel coordinator account has no login limits, no refresh limits if used correctly.
It provides unlimited logins each day and you won't get blocked the way normal cgi account gets locked
search online for us visa travel coordinator account and create one for you.
also, check slots at these times
login 2-3 mins in advance and hit refresh

You just need to create new cgi account with new email ID, convert it to travel coordinator account by just sending an email and then schedule appointment, add details of old account's UID when searching by UID and then book slots
Only caveat is that if your original account already has an appointment booked, you cannot use this account. You'll need to cancel existing appointment and then book new appointment using this account
Send an email to travel-coordinator @ ustraveldocs . com with subject as just the UID of new account which you want to convert and no body and it will automatically convert to travel-coordinator account within a minute. To reverse back to original, send same email again and it will be switched back.
Share this with other friends so that they don't go to agents and can book themselves ✌️✌️✌️

As per the update from embassy slots will open in mid of june for F category so B category small window will also open up in coming week
