Twice-yearly injectable Lenacapavir and two other drugs, once-daily oral Descovy and Truvada, were randomly distributed among more than 5,300 women aged 16 to 25 in South Africa and Uganda. Zero cases of HIV infection were reported in the Lenacapavir group, compared with Truvada (16 cases) and Descovy (39 cases).
