1. The Anxiety Loop (Generalized Anxiety)
Anxiety isn't just about panic attacks; it often manifests as a hyper-vigilance about making mistakes.
The "Doubting Disease" (OCD Tendencies)
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) isn't always about washing hands. There is a subset often referred to as "Just Right" OCD or checking compulsions.
Imposter Phenomenon
This is the internal belief that you are not as competent as others perceive you to be.
The Feeling: You might feel like a fraud, and that any small mistake (like a typo) will "expose" you as incompetent.
Gaslighting (Past Trauma)
Sometimes, this insecurity stems from past environments (parents, partners, or toxic workplaces) where you were constantly criticized or told your perception of reality was wrong.
Traffic Ethics — Complete Notes
Traffic ethics covers how drivers should behave toward each other, not just what the law says. The MEB tests this as a separate subject because knowing the rules and having good driving character are different things.
The core traffic values tested:
Cooperation and mutual assistance (Yardımlaşma): helping other road users in difficulty — pushing a broken-down car, helping someone fit snow chains, giving directions. Any scenario where one driver helps another = yardımlaşma.
Tolerance (Hoşgörü): not reacting aggressively when another driver makes a mistake. Accepting that everyone makes errors. If a driver cuts you off and you let it go calmly = tolerance.
Respect (Saygı): treating other road users — pedestrians, cyclists, elderly, disabled — with consideration. Slowing down near schools, giving space to vulnerable road users.
Self-criticism (Öz eleştiri): recognizing and accepting your own driving mistakes. A driver who says "that was my fault" instead of blaming others = self-criticism.
Body language (Beden dili): non-verbal communication between drivers. Waving to apologize, nodding to say thank you, eye contact at intersections. This is directly tested — the exam asks what type of communication is happening when a driver waves sorry after a mistake.
Warning others (Uyarma): alerting another driver to a problem they haven't noticed — headlights off, open fuel cap, flat tire. Different from aggression.
Patience (Sabır): waiting calmly in traffic, not tailgating, not rushing at amber lights.
How the exam asks these questions:
The MEB gives you a short scenario and asks which value it demonstrates. The scenarios are usually very short, one sentence. The key is identifying the direction of the behavior:
Helping someone else → yardımlaşma
Accepting your own mistake → öz eleştiri
Not reacting to someone else's mistake → hoşgörü / tolerance
Communicating with gesture or expression → beden dili / body language
Alerting someone to a problem → uyarma / warning
Prohibited behaviors also tested under ethics:
Frightening or confusing other road users intentionally
Splashing pedestrians with mud or water
Throwing cigarette ash or any object from the vehicle
Unnecessary horn use or long continuous horn blasts
Aggressive or intimidating behavior toward other drivers
Using hand gestures offensively
Racing or showing off on public roads
The body language question — very commonly tested:
"A driver realizes they cut off another driver and apologizes with a hand gesture and facial expression. What type of communication is this?"
Answer: body language (beden dili). Not tolerance, not cooperation — the specific term is body language because it involves non-verbal physical expression.

👩🍳 روش تهیه
فر را روی ۱۷۰ درجه سانتیگراد گرم کنید.
همهی مواد را در یک کاسه بریزید و با قاشق یا دست مخلوط کنید تا خمیر چسبنده و نرم شود.
از خمیر گلولههای کوچکی درست کنید، روی سینی فرِ پوشیده از کاغذ روغنی بچینید، و با کف دست کمی تخت کنید تا حدود ۱ سانتیمتر ضخامت داشته باشند.
حدود ۱۲ تا ۱۵ دقیقه بپزید تا لبههایشان طلایی شود.
بگذارید ۵–۱۰ دقیقه روی سینی خنک شوند تا سفتتر شوند، سپس منتقل کنید به ظرف دردار.
