Bifrost Polkadot Crowdloan has raised over 300,000 DOTs at 8:38 am UTC on April 26th. Consequently, the Bifrost official Crowdloan auction entrance and the Last Winner game have stopped contributing. ‼️DOT contributed beyond the 300,000 soft cap will no longer be rewarded with BNC‼️

vsDOT minting volume have now surpassed 200,000 DOTs and Bifrost's total TVL has reached $116,100,494. Once vsDOT minting volume exceeds 190,000 DOT, Bifrost will plan to open vsDOT trading pairs and liquidity farming!

Bifrost and Moonriver open bi-directional cross-chain channel with first support for xcBNC/ MOVR assets

According to official news, the on-chain governance vote for the HRMP cross-chain channel and $xcBNC asset launch initiated by Bifrost and #Moonriver has passed. $BNC / $MOVR, as the first supported assets, has opened a bi-directional cross-chain between Bifrost and Moonriver of #Kusama Parachain via cross-chain messaging XCM.

Bifrost now supports $BNC / $MOVR cross-chain interoperability on its Dapp Wallet page. Users can use the XC-20 standard to transfer $BNC to Moonriver, use $xcBNC to access the Moonriver DeFi ecosystem, and also cross $MOVR back to the Bifrost network. According to the Bifrost team, Bifrost will provide Moonriver with derivative asset $vMOVR in the future to increase the Moonriver network Staking rate, lower the threshold for users to participate in $MOVR staking, and improve the overall decentralization of the network.

According to the chain data, Bifrost has renewed the lease for 21 - 28 Kusama Parachain slots on May 2nd. The Bifrost Kusama Parachain will be reserved to serve both ecosystems with the future Bifrost Polkadot Parachain after successful bidding.

When the Kusama <> Polkadot cross-chain bridge matures, Bifrost plans to migrate the main protocol and governance modules to the Bifrost Polkadot Parachain. The Bifrost Kusama Parachain is governed through the XCM cross-chain to support the Kusama ecosystem.

Bifrost Now Supports bi-directional cross chain of USDT on the Kusama Network Statemine

Tether announced on April 13 that $USDT is now available for the first time on Statemine, the first #parachain on the #Kusama network. Today Bifrost also has opened a bi-directional cross chain channel with Statemine, and will soon allow users to transfer $USDT in/out across the chain in Bifrost dapp.
