So yes you can also specify the -end parameter

If there are several detections (or even one), and they are all from little-known antiviruses (these include SecureAge, Jiangmin, MaxSecure, CrowdStrike Falcon, Webroot, VBA32 and others) - the file is most likely safe, since little-known antiviruses very often have false positives (and real positives, as practice shows, are quite rare).
If there are eight or more detections, and among them there is at least one detection from "Kaspersky", "Dr.Web" or "ESET" - the file is most likely dangerous.
