The betting odds are 97% it’s a 25 BP raise and yet 50% of people are expecting something different.

Jim Cramer sucks. He’s bald. Old. Overweight. Absolutely pathetic.
But he knows quite a bit more about stocks than he does Bitcoin. He probably has a 50% hit rate with stock predictions and a 2% hit with crypto ones.
He’s saying buy the stock dip. Not the Bitcoin dip.
