So I’m very masculine presenting and I use he/they pronouns but my boss accidentally called me she today. I still have long hair, and wear lipstick and dresses sometimes, but still. I’ve told my boss before what pronouns I prefer and it really upset me.
I lost on him. I told him he doesn’t understand because he’s a cisgendered white male and that if he’s going to hire nonbinary people he needs to be more inclusive and that if he does it again, that I’m going to report him to HR and he won’t have a job.
He also told me that I need to be on time more. I have ADHD and suffer from time blindness sometimes so I don’t think this feedback is fair.
My performance evaluation is coming up jest week. Should I be concerned?

I’ve had a lot of trauma and inferiority complex my whole life from being a supposed “Southeast Asian” Vietnamese. But I think Vietnamese have enough in common with the upper-class East Asian countries of China, Korea, and Japan to be accepted into the East Asian club. And not classified with the other Southeast Asian countries, like Taiwan or Cambodia.
I support Vietnam falling under the “East Asian” identity label.

Just broke up with girlfriend. she accused me of "talking to other girls". She took away "her" cat that she bought, but the cat was literally mine the whole time.
I literally have 0 close friends at the moment. Work at meta and side hustle (~3hrs/day) and gym take most of my time.
I have a lot of matches on dating app and can probably go on date when I'm bored or do a few casual relationships here and there but it's so fucking meaningless. Occasionally I can do solo travel to places but then what? I'm not ready to get in a new relationship yet.

My green card just arrived in the mail yesterday. FYI I got it before EAD or AP. Entire process took ≈ 2 years from initial filling of perm forms to card arriving in the mail. But the PERM stage took the most time by far (1 year).

May 2023: PERM approved

Without sharing too many details, I was heavily involved in some of the DEI initiatives at larger companies and was horrified by what I’ve seen behind the scenes.
Without naming any companies, I’m thinking about making a video sharing some of the stories of what I saw behind the scenes. I’ve wanted to make a YouTube channel for a long time anyway.
My brother thinks it could be career suicide for me. He thinks no one would want to hire me because I’m squealing on employers. However, I’m not naming any names.
How would you feel about a job candidate who made a video like that, even if they didn’t name any of the companies?

I am 32 years old with 8 YOE, and a NW of 1.25M.
My current TC is 220K and my family TC is 360K. With current levels of savings, I should be able to get to 2M in the next 3 years.
However, I don't enjoy my work anymore. In fact, I hate it.
I am aware that I am not rich enough to quit and do nothing. But quitting is always in my mind. However I am not sure when I should pull the trigger.
What do you guys think ? Any feedback ?
Edit 1: Many in the comments section are asking about my savings ratio. So here is the breakdown:
Effective tax rate - 29%
Post tax income - 255K
Annual rent - 30K
Annual expenses - ~20K (no kids, paid off used car)

Single earner, household with two kids. My wife stays at home even though she got an MBA here that I paid for. She doesn't drive, doesn't do household chores either except maybe cook once in a while when she feels like it. I am totally burned out managing both work and kids. The older one is in elementary while the younger one goes to daycare (wife doesn't want to keep her at home as she cannot manage). My daily routine is getting up early and getting the kids ready, dropping both off to daycare/school then battling the traffic to reach downtown Seattle from the east side; I then come home and spend time with kids and put them to bed. Then either get takeout or make food for myself. I have zero life outside of this. My wife just watches some BS daily soaps with zero empathy towards me.
I can't say anything to her because she starts shouting on top of her voice and it's not good for my kids. I feel burned out as I have no life outside work and kids. I haven't been able to workout in over a year nor pursued any of my hobbies. Please choose your partner wisely.

Monthly salary post tax: $8,856
Rent (locked in): $3,200
Tithes (general giving according to beliefs): $885
Savings: $1,771
Student loans (15k): $1,000
Utilities (based on avg from previous owners): $207
Food: $1,000
Transportation: $200
Unallocated/pocket funds: $591
All of the above is coming from the salary, then I’m planning to use stock sales to save in 401k/roth. Parents say I don’t need to go so heavy toward student loans and I’ve also been given advice by mentor to load up my 401k early to secure match $$ and use as down payment for house.

Biden is on track to lose Nov 2024 to Trump

Granted that Trump and MAGA brand is toxic as hell and that they didn't have a single good election day since 7.5 years. I have been arguing against a lot of MAGAmorons on this platform about Biden and his accomplishments and poll prospects.
Although the polling aggregates indicate a tied race with all eyes on Wisconsin (in my estimate, the winner of Wisconsin wins the race), I have come across information, mainly 2 data points, that tells me that Biden is on track to lose 24 election. Being a data guy, I know better than to zero in on cherry-picked data points, but my gut says that they are the two most important data points we have right now.
The first data point is anecdotal. I have an uncle based out of Ohio who came visiting us this weekend. He is a moderate but has been spouting a lot of misinformation about Biden and Biden's policies. This indicates to me about a perception about Biden in a normie head who is not plugged into politics and not bother to check the veracity of the information. He doesn't even follow the news much. This is the vast, vast majority of the population.
Second data point:
Ann Selzer from Iowa is a gold standard for election polling. Her final Iowa poll almost always comes out to be accurate (except 2020 dem primary). She released as a poll today, indicating that Trump is ahead of Biden by 18 points!!!! in Iowa.
Now, no one expects Biden to win Iowa, but the margin by which he loses these states will also indicate potential margins in swing states. If Biden were to lose Iowa by more than 10 points, he is toast.
Although it is possible for Biden to cover the gap, it is highly unlikely for someone to make up 8 points within 4 months.
Biden is on track to lose folks and it fucking annoys the shit out of me that a senile, incompetent rapist-felon is on track to become president again. Fuck!
