Alt run is when there is no better opportunity than alts.

If btc makes 10% and alts make 10%, btc is better because of the risk profile.

Metric, good metric for that is (total3-usdt)/btc

More accurate metric would indlude dai, usdc etc, but it is pretty much showing the same.
