Ok, I give you many warnings, etc, but in life, if it's meant to be a fucking brick will fall from the building on your head...

Let me tell you the good thing about being a REALLY good trader.

I had a small amount that isn't enough to enter spot signal of any kind and make me happy with the win. So I had it on futures. Again not a decent position. So now I had a choice, cry over small spot or let's turn small balance into big one by risking it full, playing all the moves... if five moves are right, I'm victorious, I have for last 3 signals, if not... I'm on sidelines anyway in positions.

With edge, I've done it MULTIPLE times from tiny balance big balance on futures. by being fucking good trader. I got on BitMEX ROE Hall Of Fame this way also. Compounding edges and either you're lucky or you're not. Simple as that.

For that, it was kinda worthy to learn trading. Otherwise, it's a tough bitch to maintain. Worst of all, if you'd really need it, as a smart trader, you could know that then you're emotionally different and you shouldn't trade. In general, it was not worth it, but has its perks if you ask me.

It's been a while since I dealt with haters as I reduced the intensity of my posts in bear run to make you more easily deal with the waiting.

I mean, good men can do things right in only a handful of ways. Haters can shit in infinite number of bullshit as they are mostly irrational.

Usually they catch onto some losing signal. Brother, if I'm here for years, is it not logical that there are losing signal? Some even fucking embarassing losses?

Attention to guys working over 12 hrs a day.

12h, 15h,... if you're working in this range, know this, and I am feeling responsible as some people probably saw me and started working this much while they weren't before. I want to say the following: It is imperative then to live exceptionally healthy, eat clean, and have some physical exercise.

My friend, if you will be 12h+ hrs on screen, you must either go for a walk at the end of the day, longer walk, or something.

AT LEAST once a week you should have some serious cardio or weight lifting get your heart rate pumping...

AND ideally, ensure this period doesn't last forever.

For example, I can do in cycles, cycle of hard work a couple of months and then I can do cycle of low or no work. I didn't have such cycle in BCW, but I had 8+ years ago when I shut my previous project successfully and before I came to BCW.

Respect your body.

I know most people are lazy bitches, but if you're not that one, you MUST be careful on the other end of spectrum, to not just work not giving a fuck about anything including yourself. It's NOT good. And D Man does NOT want that for you.

Over a course of a month or two, do whatever. But over a course of a year, I want you to have: proper amount of physical exercise amounting to at least hard 57 weight lifting trainings a year / and or intense cardio hours. Sex doesn't count. I want you to have some time socializing with people. At least one hour a week. Not needed in your highest rush period but it is healthy. And at least one hour a week walking on the sun, seeing the sunlight.

Obviously these numbers the healthier the better, but just to give you like a critical red alert if you haven't had them, that you do something about it.

More importantly than long work is INTENSE work.

I see two delivery guys, and I know which one has a perspective, which one doesn't.

One goes like a snail, doesn't look you in the eye (CS, he can get low rating, etc), he flips your food and spills everything as he lazily removes his delivery bad... Another one rushes to get it to you smiles and greets you. Bro, it's not the same two persons!

Work with full intensity, not like a pussy. And work active to live healthy.

Every day is a battle, almost no day is perfect. However, it's needed.

Plus, if you have someone who loves you, ensure you explain to them your absence that you're working on something as it's otherwise hard for other people to comprehend your online life.

Listen to your bro D Man, do something healthy for yourself.

Trick for me was to "steal the day" when I'd find ok markets will be boring, etc, and before bull run it was often friday or wednesday when things wouldn't change crazily, then you can go do things you must do.

At the end of the day, it's not about how smart you are, but you succeed depending on how much you actually want it.

Put average joe next to me in a room next to mine, and you'll see how quickly fucker will figure out that he can't (false) /won't (true) work like this.
