Utilizing our extensive network and fund experience, the team is able to add value to these fund managers via operational, fundraising, and deal flow channels.

Senior Product Marketing Designer at Sweatcoin
Sweatcoin is a digital currency backed by physical movement. They verify and convert movement into currency. Users can then donate it to charity, transfer to other users or spend on products, services, and experiences provided by Sweatcoin vendors and user community. Sweatcoin tackles Present Bias by moving the future benefits of exercise into the here and now- immediately converting movement into a digital currency and changing the perception of physical movement.
About the role:
You are responsible for the design of all of our lifecycle marketing emails and automated communications
Design a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow based on experimentation and test the best approach to communicate with users
Collaborate effectively with other designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers
Drive new creative concepts and be able to balance brand consistency with innovation
You will be developing and owning the design guidelines and system for comms, and have a chance to forge our internal visual design strategy while taking ownership and ensuring quality
Advocating for consistency and brand cohesiveness internally, educating others on design principles, thinking, and the brand's experience
Mandatory requirements:
Proven record of email campaigns design experience in consumer-focused product companies as well as other communications design solutions
Who you are:
A person with curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results
6+ years of design experience with a strong focus on eye-candy and user-focused solutions
Fluent in Figma. You know how to work efficiently and use plug-ins, components, and auto-layout
Understand project requirements and concepts across a variety of mediums (e.g., responsive design, motion design, and social assets of various shapes and sizes)
You're a team player. You'll partner with your colleagues in product, engineering, data, and research
A person with strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills

Database Administrator at Edge & Node
Edge & Node is a creative software development company working to build a vibrant, decentralized future. Founded by the initial team behind The Graph, Edge & Node is dedicated to the advancement of web3, a decentralized and fair internet where public data is available to all—an internet that enables its users to increase agency over their creations and their lives.
Edge & Node’s initial product is The Graph, an indexing protocol for querying networks like Ethereum and IPFS, which ensures open data is always available and easy to access. The Graph is used by thousands of protocols and dapps including Uniswap, Livepeer, Aave, Decentraland, and more. Edge & Node also launched Everest, a decentralized registry with the mission to catalyze the shift to web3, facilitating community-driven curation of projects providing ongoing utility to the crypto space.
The Graph Node & Infrastructure team is focused on developing and maintaining core software components that make The Graph work. We are especially focused on graph-node, an open source Rust implementation that provides subgraph deployment, indexing, and querying capabilities of The Graph, as well as operational support for Edge & Node's Hosted Service.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated database administrator that can help us scale and manage the databases supporting The Graph Studio and Hosted Service. This role requires a deep understanding of data storage and indexing at scale, in the context of Postgres databases. Edge & Node’s Studio and Hosted Services are high-throughput projects, and the care and feeding of these systems is a critical role in our organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting database design initiatives and the ongoing support/administration of databases for Edge & Node's hosted service (to include system troubleshooting, refreshing and refactoring database instances, and system preventative maintenance)
Supporting development and maintenance of database-related documentation
Installing, configuring, and administering Postgres databases/shards
Managing refreshes of the test, staging, and development environments
Monitoring database performance and tune/optimize performance of databases and queries
What We Expect:
Previous experience in administration, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of PostgreSQL databases
Ability to advise on performance improvements and new features in our application's database usage
Previous experience monitoring and troubleshooting of Postgres databases
Participation in rotating on-call duty during working hours
Familiarity with Rust or another low-level language desired, but not required
Proven ability to collaborate effectively asynchronously with a multinational team spanning numerous time zones
