Hey Boinkers, a quick heads-up 👇

A few days back, we flagged a number of users who looked like they were using unauthorized tools to mess with the system. Most of those calls were legit — but turns out a few weren’t.

After digging deeper, we found about 33,000 users who exploited the elevator — a feature that wasn’t supposed to be active during the Pudgy event and didn’t even appear in the UI. Everyone involved got a warning and/or had their progress reset.

BUT — 207 of you got flagged by mistake.
You used the elevator when it was actually visible and available in the first few minutes of July 14th, right before we went into maintenance.

So let’s be super clear: you didn’t cheat.
Those warnings were sent in error, and we’re really sorry for the confusion.

Thanks for sticking with us — we’re always working to make the game fairer, smoother, and clearer for everyone.
