When walking with a group, even with 3-4 persons, walk a little faster. Faster, but subtle enough that their conscious mind don't register it.
Remember, this fast pace is for their sub-conscious mindπ§ not their conscious mind.

The Whys???π§
Why should we do this?
Well, there are several reasons:-
1) Spatial Dominance:- You occupy the invisible 'Leader's Lane'. πConclusion is that the other person will sub-consciously accept you as a Leaderπ¦
2) Frame Control:- Other person's sub conscious signal "He is leading, i am following."
3) Subtle Status Assertion;- Echoes the Leader Archetypeπ
4) Neuron Syncing:- When someone subconsciously speeds up to match you, their brain tells them, βIβm syncing with this person.βπ§©
5) Posture Confidence:- When you walk a little faster, your core naturally tightens and shoulders align to maintain balance and efficiencyπͺ
Don't dare try this when there is another influential person in the group. You should always match their pace not not try to establish yours.
Also, avoid this when walking with a single person. They shouldn't feel any difficulty walking besides you. Always and always match their pace even if it means slowing down. You should be comfortable enough to be walked withπ
Shows respect for them which is another important trait of leadership personality.
