Only ever situation I came close to this is if you spam "share contacts" (never do this!).

Your account receive kinda of hard ban for like 3-4 hours, all your messages gets a "clock" icon like if you had no internet, and suddenly sometimes messages gets delivered, sometimes not.

i dont think there is another reason for this. another thing that you should always make sure before you dm anybody, is that both have to be added as contact. he has to add you as contact , and you too. only then dm

when i ran npx tgcloud webhook i can see webhook url is https://cloud.telegram.org/app{botid}/webhook

https://cloud.telegram.org/ says missing app id and https://cloud.telegram.org/app{botid}/ give 404 nginx response

maybe we can see somestuff at this url to access data or post data

Maybe the user turned off 'read recipient'.

& two ticks (✓✓) means read, assuming read recipient isn't off.
one(✓) delivered.
Anything else, restricted.

I'm experiencing a weird delivery issue with a newly created account. I have three accounts logged into the official Telegram app, but this problem only happens on the new one.
Whenever I send a message in a private chat (DM), it gets stuck on one tick and doesn't actually deliver to the recipient. However, if they message me, I receive their messages instantly. Then, after some time, all my pending messages suddenly get delivered and read all at once.
This issue only happens in private chats, not in groups. Spambot says my account is free of any limitations. Is this some kind of system delay or soft-limit for new accounts?
