Why sometime downloading is too slow?
Incase of HTTP links:
Some websites offer very low speeds and affect download speeds. Load your link on transloader to generate faster link for better upload speed.
Incase of Telegram files:
Telegram has 5 datacenters. In that DC5 is very slow. If your Telegram file is stored on DC5 then download speed will be slow.

Yeah i got this issue too, if a torrent has "xxx" or "sex" or anything related to these words in it's name, it will get flagged and the bot won't proceed with the task
