Why sometime downloading is too slow?

Incase of HTTP links:
Some websites offer very low speeds and affect download speeds. Load your link on transloader to generate faster link for better upload speed.

Incase of Telegram files:
Telegram has 5 datacenters. In that DC5 is very slow. If your Telegram file is stored on DC5 then download speed will be slow.

Apart from selecting my drive or shared drive to upload files, I don't think we need file browsing using the bot much, these features were a ln addition but if you r having problem maintaining them, you can remove it, just my opinion.
