The URL Uploader X Pro says this:

"Download limit is exceeded of this Gdrive file, so please retry tomorrow.

Note: This download limit is set by Google, bot can't do anything in this case so avoid reporting this issue in support group."

And I'd not report the issue here, except the limitation makes no sense at all in my case, considering that I am hitting such restrictions with the limited file downloads I do from Google Drive via URL Uploader PRo X Bot

Maybe it is bug from the Telegram side. I tried few workaround but it didn't work.

I hope after 1-2 days Telegram itself will fix it.

I'd like some feedback concerning Google Drive limitations if you have some specifics available?

Google Drive has a daily download quota limit of 10 TB per drive, but this limit applies to the entire Google Drive, not individual accounts. There's also a limit on how many times an individual file can be downloaded in a day, though the exact number is unknown. Furthermore, Google Drive has an upload limit of 750 GB per day per account, after which no more files can be uploaded until the limit resets.
