Why sometime downloading is too slow?

Incase of HTTP links:
Some websites offer very low speeds and affect download speeds. Load your link on transloader to generate faster link for better upload speed.

Incase of Telegram files:
Telegram has 5 datacenters. In that DC5 is very slow. If your Telegram file is stored on DC5 then download speed will be slow.

@SparkXbot amazing bot with generous free tier.
I noticed a couple of issues while using the bot. First, there has to be an option to turn off chat streaming, and I think it's efficient to wait for the whole message to arrive and send it instead of editing a message every time a chunk arrives from the API.

Secondly, there is a big problem when displaying a code ( JSX for example). Almost all of the code the bot sends is not being displayed properly. This might be occuring because of a conflict between the markdown used by LLM's API and telegram's markdown.

Hope this issues won't cause rewrite of your codebase😁
