सुप्रीम कोर्ट कॉलेजियम ने न्यायमूर्ति विपुल मनुभाई पंचोली को पटना उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्त करने की सिफारिश की।
👉यह सिफारिश भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश बीआर गवई की अध्यक्षता वाले कॉलेजियम द्वारा की गई थी।
वे वर्तमान में पटना उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश के रूप में कार्यरत हैं, जहाँ न्यायमूर्ति आशुतोष कुमार कार्यवाहक मुख्य न्यायाधीश हैं।
👉मुख्य न्यायाधीश का पद रिक्त होने वाला है, क्योंकि कॉलेजियम ने न्यायमूर्ति आशुतोष कुमार को गुवाहाटी उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के रूप में स्थानांतरित करने और नियुक्त करने की सिफारिश की है।
