For ESI in RBI and ESI & ARD in NABARD - SDG is Very Important but most of the students while writing descriptive make mistakes in this chapter.
Through this PDF, I have tried to included all the Important Points in Short to give you basic idea, also included few MCQs which have been asked UPSC.
Even if they don't ask direct question from SDG, but there can be indirect questions, so remember all the goals, know the History and everything.
You can also include SDG in conclusion of most of your Descriptive Answers in ESI and ARD.

What should you do in the last 15–20 days?
"It always seems Impossible until it's done."
I. First things first, the last few days are very important; these days are makers and breakers for many. So the first priority for you should be to have self-belief that you can do it; many people from here will lose it and get demotivated.
II. Focus on practise rather than Marks in Tests:
I have seen many people who were consistent with their learning and ultimately cleared the exam. As you have seen from the past 2 years, the paper has been difficult and the cutoff has been below 70, so you already know that this exam rewards those who are smart, selective, calm, composed, and don't panic.
III. Revise and Analyse: Don't Only Read current affairs or anything; you should practise more and more. It can be a quiz, a sectional test, a full mock, etc. Most importantly, analyse whatever you are practising, and here by analysis I don't mean looking at the number of correct or incorrect but rather noting down every minute detail like what your approach and thinking were while attempting, does it need any improvement, and so on. Always write down your analysis and read it before attempting the next test.
IV. Prepare a list of strengths and weaknesses: Make a short list of subject-wise Topics in which you feel confident and topics in which you make mistakes In an exam, as you know, you have a fixed time for each subject, this will help you choose the right questions, especially in Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude. You should have an idea about the topics that come up for sure, and make sure you have some of those on your list.
V. Now is not the right time to think about Plan B: Many of you may have already started thinking that if not this, then I will focus on that, or I will clear that exam. The same will happen with the next exam. It's vicious thinking that never stops until it's too late.
VI. Nothing more than this: whenever you feel stressed, don't let this hamper your preparation the whole day; just take a break or Watch some Comedy Videos for half an hour or so.
"Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do." - John Wooden

❇️ What is an O2O (one-to- One) mock and a panel mock interview? What is the basic difference?
There are two kinds of mock interviews conducted for various exams, such as UPSC, PCS, and regulatory body exams. First is Panel Mock Interview and Second one is O2O (One - to - One) Mock Interview.
The commercial coaching institutes mainly provide you with a free panel interview where they collaborate with some retired higher-ranking officers and interviews are conducted by them.
The first mock is generally free, but they pay panel members from their own pockets, and the major purpose of doing it is to first help you in your interview preparation and second to get your roll number and contact information, which could be utilised later after your selection.
Second is O2O, which is mainly conducted by individual educators; you can take me as an example; These are more personalised and also based on the latest trends in interviews, as the person conducting interviews may have experienced things firsthand and have analysed transcripts of past interviews, which I feel is majorly missing in panel interviews.
✅ Which one is more beneficial?
Both have their own advantages: with panel interviews, you get exposed to the actual situation, and with O2O, you get more personalised suggestions and feedback to improve, which may be missing in panel interviews.
Note: As you know, I have been taking 020 for various exams recently, so someone asked how it is beneficial as other coaching is providing panel interviews with ex-officers.
Its in Hindi but for English Medium students, it means consistency is key to success. Today may not your day but if you are consistent with your preparation and move in the right direction, success will be yours one day for sure.

I received suggestions to add editorials to the weekly newspaper summary PDF.
Response: As you may have noticed these days, most newspaper websites have launched premium plans, and most of the editorials fall under these plans.
Under Creative Credit and Copyright, you can mainly use free articles and some paid one for educational purposes. That's the reason I don't share editorials or analysis, as it may be subject to copyright infringement.
Also, most of the editorials are self-explanatory, and through this newspaper summary, my purpose is to provide you with sufficient explanation and information so that you can relate it to your exam.
I would recommend you try to read editorials by yourself, as you may expect Precise or RC directly from these editorials, and it also helps in developing better reading habits.
Thank you, and keep working hard. Those who dare to dream bigger ultimately become successful.

Don't Get confused, on 24th May 2023, RBI released following data and there was also data related to it in Annual report and similarly DPIIT which also releases FDI related data released above data as asked in Question and given in Newspaper Summary.
What RBI Said,
According to statistics from the RBI, gross foreign direct investment (FDI) flows fell to USD 71 billion annually in 2022–23 for the first time in ten years.
Net FDI too declined by nearly 27 per cent to USD 28 billion in 2022-23 as compared with USD 38.6 billion a year ago, mainly due to moderation in gross foreign direct investment inflows and an increase in repatriation.
The bulletin quoted 'FDI Intelligence', to say India was the second largest recipient of FDI (USD 26.2 billion) in the semiconductor industry for the year 2022, second only to the US (USD 33.8 billion).
What DPIIT Said on 29th May 2023,
You can read in Above newspaper Summary PDF Week V page 3.

Q. RBI Grade B Application closing date extended to 16th June 2023, does that mean, last date of OBC certificate would be 16th June?
The tagged message was the exact message you would have received while applying for an OBC and EWS certificate.
So for EWS, it could be inferred that the certificate should be made before June 16th, as at the place of date it was written as before the closing date of application (the new closing date of application is June 16th), but for OBC, it couldn't be said the same as for OBC, the date of June 9th, 2023 was mentioned.
In an ideal case, it should be for both, but nothing is ideal. So to stay away from future difficulties, you should get your certificate before June 9th or send an email to RBI for clarification on it.

There is Correction in Q.3 - Correct Answer will be 23% - Option C. By mistake I have given 45% as answer.
When PM Said "Andolangivi" he meant about these idiots consumer activist because of whom many people may not get the due amount after Balasore (Odisha) Train Tragedy and these are those people who don't know about it, if it would have been default option.....

I see many times that students leave these applications thinking that there are fewer vacancies and only focus on conventional or bigger exams.
Don't make such mistakes; many people think the same way. That's why the number of applications in SBI PO is more than 20 lakhs or 40–50 lakhs in CGL or CHSL.
I believe that if you have prior knowledge about the syllabus of any related exams, then you should definitely apply. At the same time, you shouldn't apply randomly without having prior knowledge of the syllabus because once you start giving exams without preparation, there is no coming back, "Alag hi Nasha hai Ye".
I have seen many people who were not getting selections in bigger exams like CGL, IBPS PO, or SBI PO get final selections in these recruitments, which come occasionally and no applications are less.
Another Suggestions only to Freshers means those who will be graduating this Year:-
Read General Knowledge and General Science (Lucent or NCERT Summary or Crown or any other) for 1-2 hours or in free time and make short notes even if you choose Banking Exams for preparation. There is no harm in reading and having idea about General knowledge. The benefits of it will be that, you will be ready for Recruitments of above exams which comes occasionally but rewarding. Don't get carried away, it should be 60-90 min daily activity.
