✅ NABARD Grade A 2023: Computer and Finance.

Many of you are asking for this post in particular, as this year, especially computer/IT, has a significant number of posts.

You only need ESI and ARD in Phase I, and in Phase II, Paper II will be based on your own subject, meaning that for the computer/IT post, it will be from subjects related to CSE and so on.

✅ How to Score 50+ Marks Out of 100 in the Phase I Merit Section (ESI + ARD + GA)
 
- First things first, you need to cover PIB and ESI Current Affairs really well and, for that, you can follow my PIB magazine or any magazine you like. Read the last 3–4 months well.
 
- There is another source, especially for Banking and Economy Current by AC, that covers banking and economy news other than RBI/SEBI Circulars, which you can read well for the last 3–4 months.
 
- Programs and Policies: Many programs from ESI will be automatically covered through PIB Magazine, but for ARD programs, you may have to do it Ministry Wise, so use any compilation; it wouldn't be more than 100 pages. Apart from that, you also need to cover the National Education Policy and Samagra Sikhsa, as well as some other major schemes in health and education.
 
- ARD Current Affairs and Statistics —Don't Worry, it already comes under PIB Magazine, but there are some fringe updates that will be added from the last 6 months in September Month Magazine. Questions in agriculture statistics come from livestock censuses, SECCs, forest surveys, MSPs, production estimates, etc.
 
- ARD Static: For this, you can watch YouTube videos of some well-known coaching for RBI and Nabard. You may find last year's (2022) video playlist as well as marathon sessions, and it will give you a rough idea of what is asked from which topic, and later you can cover those from any summary PDF in bit-depth.
 
- For general awareness, as already suggested, 14–15 questions are doable. You can follow any magazine, as you are already doing ESI Current Affairs well, so you just need to cover national, international, sports, appointments, etc. for the last 3 months.
 
That's all. There's nothing much you need to do, and you can manage all these things in the next 40–42 days and even do the revision.

ARD Static + ARD Programs + PIB Magazine + Banking and Economy Current affairs (AC or any other) + Budget and Economic Survey.

If someone have done these well and have already completed or in process of completing then they have very good chance, start revising.

Others can also catch up specially those who have already covered Non merit section or the one who have given RBI Grade B 2023 Phase II or prepared for RBI seriously as you just need to cover ARD Static and ARD Programs well which is manageable

I'm not sure how many of you are seriously following this 8 week study Plan shared before for NABARD Grade A 2023 considering 16th October as phase I Exam date, but if you are then you don't need any 15 days or 45 Days study plan as such.

With above plan anyone could have completed the syllabus by end of September and also get sufficient time for revision.

This is what I wanted to say, but I can't due to certain limitations. There is no point in buying 10000 or 5000 rupee video courses if you haven't done them yet because you won't be able to cover even 20% of the whole course.

Get some courses that only serve the purpose by being to the point and providing everything that is required to crack this exam.

Save your hard-earned money, especially for bankers; you guys have made many rich already.
