With this exam, we end the regulatory exams of 2023.
I hope to see many final selections, but this is not the end, guys, all those who didn't taste the success this year, notification will again come next year but the question remains the same: will you be ready for it? You shouldn't stop; you must have known your mistakes. What went wrong? What better could have been done?
A student knows about him better than anyone else would know. You should start working on your dream without wasting even a minute if you want to be on the merit list next year.

✅NABARD Grade A 2023 Mains: Paper II Analysis
✅ Descriptive Questions
15 Marks
I. Agriculture Extension: Aim and Objective, role of it in agriculture development and also Discuss 12 Methods of extension. (Mandatory)
II. Demographic Dividend
III. Details of increase in RBI Financial Inclusion index were given and you had to explain reason behind gradual increase in it.
10 Marks
I. Credit Penetration in rural area and if farmers are still in clutch on the hands of money landers. (NABARD Grade A 2021 had similar Question)
II. Agroforestry - Features, Advantages and Disadvantages (From last 2 Years social forestry was asked so this time agroforestry was expected)
III. Issues related Agriculture Marketing in India.
Analysis: Paper was on expected line barring the Extension question in which 12 methods were not easy to recall.
If you have written 80% of word limit and haven't made many grammar, spelling and typing mistakes, you can expect 35-36 marks, those who have written 1900+ words and completed all the questions by addressing all the parts they can get 40+ for sure.

II. MGNREGA Based Paragraph - 3 Questions (Additional 50 Days of Work in forest and Draught region, Unemployment Allowance, Gram Rozgar Diwas)

Note: Questions were not direct in nature, it has depth and even options were put in a such a way that it was confusing.

Analysis: Paper was on expected line, with 6 technical questions in 2 markers and 4-5 in 1 marker although difficulty was higher than last year, NABARD has kept the trend like last year.
One thing that was different is that in the last 2 years, animal husbandry and climate change were two big areas, but this time, NABARD has diversified the range of questions.
Note: These are not first hand experience this time for the first time in last 3-4 years, so there may some variations, please feel free to point out any mistake in above analysis.

What is El Nino?
